Building
a home can be a very stressful experience even under the best of circumstances,
now if the home is being built ~ 600 miles from your present home, you
are courting disaster, or at least that's what the books on home building
told us. So we approached the idea of building a home in Silver Reef,
Utah while living in Morgan Hill, California with a fair amount of trepidation.
Now that the construction of the home is completed, we can say that is
has been an enjoyable experience, thanks to our good fortune in selecting
Bill Lobato and WRL Construction Inc., as both the architect and builder
Bill worked closely with us from the very beginning to design
a home that met our personal needs and that was esthetically
pleasing and blended with the natural beauty of Silver
Reef. Once the final design was established to our
satisfaction, Bill began the construction and quickly demonstrated
the same attention to detail 
that impressed us during
the design stage. He sent us weekly reports on his
progress as well as periodic video tapes to show the home at various
stages of construction. During our occasional visits to the home
site, it was clear that Bill was giving the construction of our
home a level of personal attention beyond what we could have expected
from any of the larger construction companies..
We are delighted with the finished product and would not hesitate
to recommend Bill as a home architect/builder, to anyone. He is personal,
trustworthy, very attentive to detail and extremely patient with inexperienced,
first time home builders.
After going to another architect in the St. George area
and waiting 6 months for plans to be drawn and not receiving
any type of plans, we decided to look for another architect.
We found Bill Lobato and talked to him about plans for
our new home. Lobato called us within 1 week with plans
that were beautiful for our spacious 5,000 square foot
home. Lobato is very talented, efficient and considerate
of peoples time and will design and build your home with
your dreams and desires. Bill has a wonderful talent
and flair for niches and nooks. Personalized attention
was given to my husband and I to the last detail for
a beautiful home which we enjoy. We are glad to say that
WRL Construction Inc.,
was our designer and builder.
If and when we decide to build another home, you better believe we
will have Bill Lobato design and build it. We highly recommend WRL
