W.R. Lobato brings a wealth of experience to Dixie. Bill grew up in California where his family was in the general construction and development business. In 1972, he moved to Lake Havasu City in Arizona where he realized a rewarding career in architecture and construction. He then settled along with his family in Southern Utah in 1982

                                                  Bill's job and classroom training proved to be of
great value. He worked all aspects of construction through his apprenticeship years from heavy construction, tract homes, to custom homes. Bill became a journeyman carpenter and plasterer while in California. After moving to Arizona, then to Utah he discovered a very successful career in Architecture. Bill still yearned to be back in the trenches and out on the job site, doing what he most enjoyed, General Construction, with this in mind he set out to secure his General Contractor's license. In 1997, Bill achieved his license and started WRL Construction Inc.
