There are many builders who have done very little actual construction themselves, making it hard to relate to the different tradesman on their jobs. Bill explains, " I am on the job everyday to make sure EVERYTHING is being done properly". Generally many months are spent with each customer, sometimes up to a year. Because of this, Bill wants the experience to be as pleasant as possible. Lobato strives hard to bring this about by helping the customers in selecting their building sites and developing plans to meet their specific needs. Bill says, " I know this is the biggest single investment most people will ever make and I strive to give the customer TOP QUALITY and make it a fun experience as well".
